Please contact our Customer Care Department at:Customercare@shopchersh.com within 24 hours and items must be shipped out within the next business day.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must have all CHERSH tags attached.
Grooming products, pierced jewelry or swimwear ( if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot
be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Items must be returned at the customer’s expense
There will be a 15% restocking for returned merchandise
You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost and is being returned to CHERSH.
failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
Store Credits and Processing
Store Credit will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your returned merchandise.
Store Credit can only be used online at our website http://www.shopchersh.com
Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Please treat Store Credit like cash.
Store Credit may be used to purchase gift certificates to our store.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
Store credit never expires.
Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
